Do free users lose any functionality?
No. Free users have access to all core features: pool creation and management, bracket picking, scoring, standings, notifications, payment tracking, and multiple entries per pool. Premium adds optional enhancements — free users are never locked out of essential features.

Pool Premium ($25/pool/season) is a one-time upgrade purchased by the pool commissioner. It unlocks AI-generated round commentary, win probability percentages, live score integration, enhanced standings with elimination tracking, and a Premium Pool badge — for ALL members of that pool, not just the commissioner.
How do I purchase Pool Premium?
Only the pool commissioner can upgrade a pool. Go to your pool's Manage page (the “Manage” tab in the pool navigation) and look for the “Upgrade to Pool Premium” card in the Overview section. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Does Pool Premium carry over to next season?
No. Pool Premium is a one-time purchase for the current tournament season and does not auto-renew. If you want Pool Premium features next season, the commissioner will need to purchase it again.
